Do I have to pay
a fee for support?
There are no fees for
support. You should be aware that some companies charge a monthly fee for technical support, or are extremely difficult
to get answers from. We are available by email or toll free telephone any time!
Do you guarantee
the lowest price?
No, but you generally
get what you pay for. The cheaper programs are usually just word processor templates that you could create on your
own. They are not interactive programs that allow you to collect data and produce a variety of reports.
Are you sure there
are no hidden fees?
Absolutely none. You
should be aware that some companies attempt to sell their software piece-by-piece and you end up paying a lot more.
Others will sign you up for premium services such as web hosting, unless you opt out. We won't charge you for anything
other than the price of the software you purchase.
What PDA's do
you support?
Inspection Report Creator
will work with any Palm or Pocket PC that has a version of Excel installed on it. The PDA data collection module
allows you to beam or upload the information to Inspection Report Creator on your desktop or laptop. However, the
main program works independently and you are not required to use this additional feature unless you want to.
What is the difference
between PDF and HTML reports?
Inspection Report Creator
produces both types of reports. PDF stands for Adobe® Acrobat's® portable document format that creates
a read-only, stand-alone file you can email to your client. HTML is an Internet page format that can have clickable
sections, audio, and video. This can be uploaded to a web site or burned to a CD-ROM. Inspection Report Creator
also produces reports in Microsoft Word® format.

If ease of use and fast,
efficient reporting are important to you then yes, Inspection Report Creator is unsurpassed. We are also eager
to make the software exactly what inspectors want. When our customers asked us for an invoicing system and automatic
summary generation, we had the upgrade finished in a week and made it available to all clients free of charge,
not a $200 add-on.
What is your return
policy?
For returns, everything
must be returned in as-new condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns for products that have been opened, installed,
or registered may be subject to a 10 percent return/re-stocking fee to cover our costs. Refunds are credited within
7 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must contact us first to
obtain a return form. Software returns require proof of deactivation.
How do you ship the
products?
Products are shipped
the next business day via UPS Ground and USPS, and typically take 5-7 business days for delivery. We ship to the
U.S. and Canada.
