Problems Logging In?
If you are having problems logging onto the course for the first time, you may need to adjust your browser's security settings and/or firewall settings.

Adjusting Security Settings
1. First, make sure you are using
Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
2. In your browser select the
Tools menu, then click Internet Options
   (In Internet Explorer for AOL the Tools menu is labeled Settings)
3. Select the
Security tab and click the Default Level (medium)
4. Click
OK and try to login again

Adjusting Firewall Settings
You can either turn off your firewall while taking the course, or configure it to accept cookies from our site by adding www.trainingcourseonline.com to your
site-list and leaving Cookie Control on Medium.

EZ Firewall Instructions

Click the EZ Firewall icon (lower right screen)
Select the
Privacy menu option
On the
Main tab, set the cookie control to Off
