COURSE MATERIAL
We encourage you to do your research before enrolling in any course. Examine whether the course is approved in
your state and whether the instructors are qualified. Find out what you are going to learn, how long it will take,
and how your work is scored. Be sure to talk with a course instructor rather than sales staff. Distance courses
should be written concisely, not
pulled from thick textbooks filled with theory that requires you to figure out the practical part.

FREE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
PHII is the only school that offers free membership in a national nonprofit home inspector association. All PHII
graduates receive a free $199 membership in the National Society of Home Inspectors (NSHI).
NSHI is one of only four national non-profit home inspector associations in the United States. While some schools
may offer membership in various for-profit associations, these organizations are not recognized by states such
as Pennsylvania, which define national home inspector associations and require membership in order to legally inspect.

Let
