Depending on state requirements, students listen to lectures, watch
powerpoint presentations, work with mock equipment, and inspect houses. Students also interact with laptop computers
provided by PHII during the training to complete assignments, testing, and inspection reports. No other school
offers PHII's style of hybrid classroom that allows each student to progress at his or her own pace so that no
one is left behind.

availability and we must book your flight from a major airport in the continental United States. We will provide
free shuttle service to and from the airport and to class as needed. Lodging includes breakfast. Other meals are

Next Closest: Omaha NE (OMA) 3.5 hour drive
(flights are usually cheaper to Omaha)
Madison is only a 40-minute drive from Sioux Falls International Airport, and is an easy drive up I-29. If you
live out of the area, we can help you plan the best method of air or ground travel. We are familiar with the airlines
and rental services that service this area, so please call us before making permanent travel reservations as we
may be able to help you find the best routes to take or the most economical fares.

 South Dakota has great scenery,
history and legendary characters like Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane
in Deadwood. Visit Custer State Park or explore the moon-like
surfaces of Badlands
National Park. Explore Mount Rushmore National Memorial
or visit Laura
Ingalls Wilder's childhood home in De Smet. You can even kayak down the
Missouri River or take-in the Big Sioux River Falls. Lakes and
fishing are only minutes away from PHII's training center, and Palisades State Park,
the location of Jesse Jame's famous horse jump across the canyon, is only an hour drive from Madison.
